Located in the native place of Zhuge Liang- a famous ancient Prime minister, at the foot of Mengliang Hill on Wenhe River, Shandong Yimeng Bearing Co., Ltd. is a member entity of China Bearing Industrial Association, a designed OEM plant of China Automobile Industry, a provincial high and new technology enterprise with a provincial level technical development center.

Set up in 1998, with total assets of RMB180 million and 37 million shares of equity capital, the company has 780 fixed employees including 216 technical and engineering staffs. It has strong technical strength and precise equipments with complete testing means and high manufacturing precision. In order to meet the demand to make the complete sets for the automobile industry and open up the international market, the company has passed ISO9002 and QS9000 International Quality System Certifications. So far, in line with the new requirements of automobile industry, it starts to establish and implement ISO/TS16949: 2002 International Quality Management Systems.

It mainly produces grade “3 ” (“7” in old standard) taper roller bearings, grade “2” (“N” in old standard) cylindrical ball bearings, grade “5” (“8” in old standard) thrust ball bearings and eccentric bearings and can produce a variety of standard and non-standard bearings in line with requirements of customers. Our products are mainly to make complete sets of automobiles, metallurgical machinery, machinery tools, mineral machinery, engineering machinery and all kinds of agricultural machineries. Now, the company has formed an annual production ability of 10 million sets of all kinds of bearings, mainly to make complete sets for all big automobile axle companies in China and also export to many countries and districts such as USA, East Europe, South Africa, North Africa etc. All technical data of the bearing products produced by our company reaches the advanced level in China and the quality meets the requirement of ISO/DIS492 which is appraised as “Stable Quality Product Of the State ”.
